Trulia ahare of a market?
Submitted on 06/11/2013
Trulia sales reps will call you and try to sell a 25% share of an area. You had better ask a lot of questions. 25% share of what? I bought 25% share of one area and there are three agents that show up in that area 100% of the time. That appears to be 300%. Trulia will not tell me what the 25% share that I own mea...

I get bogus leads....I respond to leads within minutes....NEVER get a reply back. Once I complained to Trulia....started getting more bogus leads. Only signed up for 3 month, thank goodness. Wish I could get a refund!

I had a horrible time with Trulia ads. I received 5 leads all scams. I would not recommended. Save your money.

Trulia Offers are not what you get
Submitted on 05/26/2013
They oversell areas. When they offer 25% share of a zip code you would think that you would show up 25% of the time for that area. It does not happen. So when you call them to complain the explanation keeps changing. I finally had one customer service rep admit that they sold 200% of an area, but I believe that it ...

Just as bad as Zillow or worse. Used them for about 4 months. 1 legit lead.

Deceptive
Submitted on 05/03/2013
I'd like to know how many agents were misled as I was. Did you know that every lead you get is also sent to the listing agent? I didn't. I clarified this several times before I purchased a zip code for the mobile app. I asked if i stood alone in the 'rotation' and asked about where the listing agents name would app...

Trulia

Trulia competes with real estate agent advertising as do all of the sites that use real estate listings to sell advertising.
This is another place that we need to be.
Trulia does get consumer interest due to their high Google ranking and backlinks.
Not a place I'd spend any money.

Trulia Pro...Not sooooo much
Submitted on 03/17/2013
The "leads" we got from being a highly visible Trulia Pro for over a year were as often to look at very low end properties rather than our listings. Buyers who never responded and were not qualified if they did respond. We gave the trial a good run and believe that over a year was long enough to find out how well i...

Is there a negative star for TRULIA? (Unfortunately, Rating Can't be blank so I must give at least one star!)

Very disappointed with the services from TRULIA.
I remember I could not add an open house to my listing on TRULIA - even when I used to spend lot of money to maintain my PRO ELITE badge with TRULIA.
They lured me into subscribing to ELITE promising 5x leads! Prior to becoming Elite, I was just a PRO with TRULIA and I...

too expensive for what you get...
Submitted on 02/04/2013
I think the main problem is too many agents on here in each area so not many leads. I call to complain and then "viola" I get a couple leads. Last month all I got were rental leads, and the c.s. guy said "yea, we had a problem but its fixed now" I think they should offer a credit when that happens! Not sure I'll r...
