I like Trulia as a lead generation site. As far as the site itself, I think posting your listings and editing them on the site could use some tweaking. The process is quite antiquated.

The consumers are using Trulia so you need to be there. I do a bit of blogging and also answer questions. I have a Trulia Pro account and my sellers love the report generated and emailed to them weekly.

Data is not correctly updated in their system to reflect the current status of any home listed.
They rely on realtors to go in and update. Not a good process.
Clients who have bought and moved into their homes, are finding people looking in the windows as if its just "NEW" to the market.
