Once upon a time we subscribed to Trulia as a Pro....all that came were leads that were on very low priced properties from people not qualified to buy anything. We would not recommend this service to anyone...stars are not what we would give them. This rating system requires them but there should be another category ...

** DUPLICITY KNOWS NO BOUNDS!! **

Three Realtors in my market were duped into believing we owned "100% of the Lead Generation in our Market."
Nothing could have been further from the truth when one of the leads e-mailed all three of us back and we began to back engineer what happened.
Stay away!

I signed up for Trulia Mobile and it was the worst thing I ever did. It was expensive and I got absolutely NO LEADS AT ALL. I found this strange because I am in Silicon Valley and had purchased zip codes in desirable areas with good schools.

I have used Trulia for several years and closed several transactions from leads received. My main complaint is they send the same lead to at least 3 agents so response time better be immediate! I love the Q&A section and have found that I receive as many leads if not more from my responses to questions posted as I do...
