Many new agents need to get started by paying zip code based leads. Unfortunately those calling happen to be at very beginning stage of home purchase. It was a choice the listing agent and the buyer agents.

If you are getting consistent sales calls from Trulia about the 'Seller Pro' advertising or whatever they do not call it, do not sign up for it!!
