Very easy to use, tons of templates. Very professional-looking results. I wish they had a feature where you could save your property info and have it auto-populate across your documents instead of having to type in every time you create a new marketing piece for the same property. But that's my only gripe.
Canva is great much easier to learn than photoshop.

Canva (Canva.com) is by far, the best FREE Design tool I've used. Their site is so easy to navigate and will help anyone end up with a professional graphic. These graphics can be used for website headers /banners, facebook (and other social media posts) and even flyers or email marketing.

We use it to create our listing flyers and social media memes. What's great is I've got a couple listing flyer templates that I really like. So, when I get a new listing, I "copy" the previous listings flyer, swap out the text, colors and photos and now I've got my new listing flyer!
