Online service allows users to create unlimited "real estate squeeze pages". These are one page websites used to generate buyer and seller leads. postAprop created 100% complete real estate pages with real estate graphics, content, reports, and marketing videos in place. Pages are in place to specifically target certain grous of buyers and sellers. For example, pages are in place for Sellers leads looking for Home Value Reports, Buyers looking for information as First Time Buyers, Etc.

Service includes hosting and email marketing with drip email and email blasting.

See More I'm the owner of postAprop and have never talked with Steve Fox. Nobody at our office has talked with him. We called him but never talked. I just called him an let him know I didn't appreciate the lies and misrepresentation for the facts he posted on Activerain. Our customer service did have an email exchange with him where he called us names including profanities. In the first exchange he replied "Having a bad day, so sorry for snapping..." A day or two later it got worse with profanity from this Realtor. We deal with 1000s of small businesses in the 8 years we have offered a landing page service. I have never seen somebody react like this. The issues he had? He did not know how to clear his browsing history so he could see a live site. That was it. We troubleshooted with him. We explained we were able to see his site on our computers so the only issue could be on his local computer (and most likely the browser history). He said he cleared it. Finally he wrote "...it only worked again after I rebooted.". Once he did this the site was live. He rebooted and it worked. If he cleared the browsing history correctly it would have worked. One day after he had his site live, he wrote to us telling us the marketing does not work. He said he ran a Facebook ad and nobody was interested in the landing page. First of all, a one day marketing campaign is a ridiculously small sample size. One day? It is simply impossible to test a marketing campaign in such a small time frame. However, the thing to understand is we do NOT control what he put in his ad, who he targets with the ad, and what kind of content he had on his page. We provide a landing page service that is easy to use with built in email marketing. We do not guarantee results on marketing campaigns that we do no control. Our service is working for 1000s of Realtors. Our generic landing page service is working on over 80,000 domains right now. This type of marketing works. This Realtor signed up for our annual plan with a 40% discount. In our Terms Of Service, we clearly state there is no prorated refund. We have to setup a full hosting account and prepay for it. We don't get a prorated refund if the user cancels. By prepaying we are able to offer the big discount. All of this is CLEARLY explained in our terms of service in our shopping cart. Every user must check that they agree to the terms before an order can be processed. The service we provide worked for this Realtor. However, after a one day Facebook marketing ad, he demanded a refund. That is not an option. We will continue to support our users with new designs, features, and a service that provides tremendous value to Realtors.
