Although I have not used this service myself, I know some who have and they have had nothing but good things to say about you mail. Their callers are greeted by name and when they leave a message they get a voice to text message. An audio file and the transcription and their picture if available is sent via email. Great utility for record keeping. They have been able to use this as proof in real estate transactions and they are searchable which saves time. Recommend this to anyone in real estate.
