Not sure why MA opted for Attorneys for closing compared to the title company.
They eventually still find out the details of the title - and do expect a buyer to pay them for Title Insurance - apart from the mandatory title insurance that the lender charges. One more layer and little more expensive for the buyers.
About this title company, there are great reviews from other readers - so I will have to go with them.
I am sure other members of ActiveRain do their diligence when they give 5-star to a company.
