I believe every training has something worth for our business.
If I have to just rate the training, It is really good. Anything that we learn to generate leads for our business is going to be good. And all of us have certain skills - including approaching FSBO.
The only thing I believe Hoss should avoid is - a hope of getting 30 listings in 30 days. Yes, it's seller's market and yes, there are many For Sale By Owner (FSBO) sellers, it's not easy to even think of getting 30 listings in 30 days - let alone one a week.
I really wish I could give better rating - and could have, but for the hype created to attract the real estate agents.
