I wholeheartedly agree with Tammy White. I'm not a fan of designations. Find most of the alphabet soup out there isn't worth the money. I think IMSD has filled a real void out there. Let's be totally honest, the e-pro program is far too basic. IMSD has set out to help agents understand where they need to focus and how to do it, without overwhelming them. Excellent content.
