Shooting for 3PM. Had a few snags this morning. The title company got the package not the funds. The buyer kindly got the money wired and we should be set to go. I  am also losing some great neighbors in this transaction. I am gaining great ones too.

We are closing! Finally after being pushed back a week from the original close date. Lenders are getting really strict. It took a lot of work. Wish me luck.
