This woman who is renting a house From my investor client was not paying her water bill.  This is a true story. When the water company came to the house to turn the water off at the meter couldn't because the woman had filled the water meter container with cement.

The UTES put a hault to our market For seven straight days no calls, no showings, no nothing. The whole State was in mourning or just total shock.
