For the month of June, Lake County sold 387 homes. Sales are slowly but surely rising. Now, the prices are obviously lower due to many foreclosures, short-sales and bank owned properties being sold, but, I am optimistic that the "playing field" will level out. What are you seeing in your area?

We have this wonderful little button that is visible when you pull up a property in our Multiple Listing Service. It is a showing button and if, when the listing is entered, you type in the showing instructions, lockbox codes, vacant etc., you can access this information by clicking the button.
