Several different lenders are still doing manual underwrite " No credit score" home purchases. Don't let those banks turn your clients away. They deserve a second opinion. In these days we really can't afford to wait for the market to change. Get them qualified now!

The answer is Yes!! Actually there are programs out there that will let you finance 102% without PMI. The guidlines are not rigid, and it is quick to qualify. Pass the good word on :)
