One thing I see in today's real estate market is that sellers do not get their home ready for sale. I see more dirty clothes all over the floor and dog dropping on carpeting that I care to see again! Getting a home ready not only means cleaning the home, from the utility room to the bathrooms to the kitchen broom closet, but staging a home is so important. Having a property that is "move in ready" stands out more than any other property on the market today. Ask me for details.

I am just curious...but..... Do you stage your own homes for sale or do you let the sellers do it themself or do you hire a professional home stager.
