Sales are definitely picking up but prices are still dropping. In Martin County the majority of residential sales are short sales and foreclosures.
Being a Realtor today in no way resembles what it was a few years ago. Realtors need to stay up to date with the ins and outs of listing and selling short sales and foreclosures.
