Sales are definitely picking up but prices are still dropping. In Martin County the majority of residential sales are short sales and foreclosures. Being a Realtor today in no way resembles what it was a few years ago. Realtors need to stay up to date with the ins and outs of listing and selling short sales and foreclosures. We are actually seeing multiple offers again because the banks are pricing the properties to sell and they are selling. Florida is again affordable!
