Colorado has the highest foreclosure rate in the nation! In the Denver Metro area we have 32,000 homes on the market, we usually have 14,000. 50% of buyers are buying new builds! It is a tough market so be agressive! Make sure your seller's know that they need to price their homes right and stage them to show like "wow".
