Marketing to Buyers

I live in Parker, Colorado. I passed the state and national exam this year and I am quickly moving into a career in real estate. I work for Colorado Discount Realty Services, Inc. I am curious if any brokers/agents know if purchasing ads in coupon book mailings, to generate in apartment complex type residentials is a good idea? I am looking for the best way to market to mass amounts of potential buyers in a high priced rental market in our area. Any thoughts?
