I think I'm past the worst....not that I had any of the physical discomforts they said I would...but I seem to have caught my second wind...I'm not looking at the clock as often to see if it's time to eat....it's just fuel for my body and not the pleasure I used to enjoy. Day 6.....minus 4 pounds...the weekend....a new challenge, as I have a different schedule than during the weekdays....I'm in the office for 8-10 hours a day Monday thru Friday, working short sales....but Saturday and Sunday are my sleep in, list property, show houses days...so the eating schedule...

Friday and day 5 of my very strict diet....I was warned about headaches and other physical discomforts during the first week, but none have appeared....Yahoo!!!! Almost 4 pounds lost....a little tired, but otherwise in great spirits....looking forward to sleeping in (all the way to 7AM) tomorrow....
