Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) is going to enhance the Ft. Meade area in many ways. Real Estate in particular will become a premium. Now is the time to buy in the area and wait a few years. If you know of any potential buyers, refer them to me. The Ft. Meade area is within my expertise.
