Focus

One of my favorite areas of Newport News is the Noland Trail near the James River.  The Trail is a 5 mile nature trail around Lake Maury with 14 different bridges and is home to lots of wildlife and a variety of plants.  It is truly an oasis in the city.

As an agent one of my biggest pet peeves are bad photos of homes though out the MLS.  Sometimes I wonder what that agent was thinking!  With 80% + of buyers searching online pictures are so important.  If your pictures look bad, the next house is just a click away.
