Why We Love Ladera Ranch

We are a husband and wife real estate team who have lived and sold real estate in Ladera Ranch since 2003. We moved from the Huntington Beach area to South Orange County with our oldest child, and pregnant with our second. When we meet buyers who want to move to Ladera Ranch for the first time, we immediately give them the "Ladera Tour". This includes maps, school information, neighborhood information and home prices. But what we love telling Buyers the most is that they will LOVE living in Ladera Ranch.
