Cornerstone Village saw a minimal sales increase of 7 to 9 homes from 2009 to 2010. Unfortunately, the Average Sales price did not move the same way. In 2009, 5 – 1 Bedroom homes sold for an Average Sales Price of $119,840 compared to 8 homes sold in 2010 at an Average Sales Price of $94,300.
