I think the market is making the buyers crazy.

The next time you here someone crying the blues about this market. Just remember. What a great opportunity this market can bring to the agent that takes it. More than likely that agent is not use to having to work for a living. In this market only the hard working agent will survive.

Today was a good one, just wish that some of our friends would have taken advantage of it being in town. I don't see how they could afford not to be there..
