Its Saturday and I am going to Orange to show a listing.  Its important because the market is showing some signs of improvement.  The phone is ringing and I have ran into agents showing my listings.  Any improvement is great news as far as I am concern.  Any comments would be welcome!! 

What a great day to be in real estate.  Although it is a buyer's market, prices are leveling out and interest rates remain good.
