Ok so i get a call from a local guy who happened to chose me to show him the property being marketed on a popular homes site. I called the FSBO who advised NP paying you a 3% commission if you bring the buyer. The buyers girlfriend is in another city and cannot view the property and he says ” I will be in big trouble if i sign a contract withou her seeing it” so the seller calls to tell me that she is very uncomfortable with the whole situation. The buyer had said to her ” we are going to buy the house” he has said to me ” we are going to buy the house” but still has not signed contract or buyers rep agreement. Any thoughts?
