Getting my real estate license was something that I had decided to take up in my spare time. Because being a mom of 2 plus a full time job was not enough to fill my plate. I thought I could start out slowly and work my way into the industry, but I found that once I had my first buyer I was hooked! Suddenly I wanted to learn everything there was to know, but just as in any line of work, most knowledge comes from experience. I have found myself being completely addicted to my MLS, spending 2-4 hours looking at different properties in my area. I am constantly Googling for new marketing ideas and how to get the best out of social networking.
I'm the newbie and learning something new everyday, but I'm dying to learn more. If anyone wants to share some tips and any advice I would LOVE to hear :)
