In the 10 years I have been a Realtor, I have realized two things: the clients’ needs are number one and other realtors don’t have my insight. I am an expert when it comes to selling existing homes, but I also am experienced in working directly with builders and developers. Why should I be your Realtor? You will never meet anyone else who can take care of your needs the way I can. It’s that simple.
