Well My clients just closed escrow 2 weeks ago today. And boy did they get a great deal. A four bedroom home in Roseville (95747) for $370,000. It was listed @ $400,000.  The bank responded the next day! And accepted our offer. The appraisal came in @ $390,000. Instant equity! What a great house!...
