Well, they didn't buy the $1.3 million parcel, but we did find another one for about 1/3 the price.  It is a nice little glen of over 100 acres and on one side the rock out cropping allow a framed view of the Sangre de Cristo mountains.  Have to say one of the nicest properties I've seen for view...
