Fron Jan of ths year to Aug, sellers were getting around 94% of asking price.  After the b...

Don't forget the FHA loan program.  It may cost a bit more in PMI fees but it is still a good option.  If you can come up with 3% down, you can still buy a home at a good rate. This program is great for those with some credit concerns and high debt ratio.  The program is working and really needs ...

The lake is getting old and we are having a party. Lake Lanier turns 50 and there are lots of events around the lake to help celebrate. Without Lake Lanier our sleepy little town would never have grown as much as it has. Some people would say that was a good thing! We are so grateful for the all ...

The question is when is the best time to sell. The market in Forsyth County Georgia is still rolling along. The stats show that sales are down at some where around 10% from last year but prices are holding strong. So is it a good time to sell? It depends on your motivation and if you need to sell...

Dawsonville is growing and the market is strong. As with most areas right now pricing is key. The days of pricing high and hoping for an offer are gone. You home should be priced right for this markert. It is really swinging toward the buyer now. This does not mean that you need to give away the ...
