I'm finding that more and more bank owned properties that offer Homepath and Homesteps financing, now have been improved with new carpeting, new paint, and sometimes new appliances.  Pretty impressive!  They sometimes also offer a 2 yr. home warranty.  Quite different from the lender owned proper...
