Bank gave us a number, a very good number, and the buyer wants to counter it . 7 out 10 times its always the 2nd buyer that gets the deal of the day! You just dont find newer homes, in Holualoa, priced like this.  More than likely this will be back on the market at $579,000 - trust me (yeah right...
