I've seen some posts over time that address questions in applying fair housing laws.  While some states may have their own enforcement guidelines on top of federal, the federal site is still a good place to start for a refresher.  If you or someone you know is thinking of renting you may wish to ...

I've been poking around to discover more about commercial markets and investors lately.  We generally focus on residential and the like in here, but commercial markets don't seem to be hammered quite the same way. While I don't particularly like to point folks at specific companies in this forum ...

If you have any information, stories or links on this please let me know. As I understand it here is the best synopsis I can provide:When a property becomes delinquent with its mortgagor and when it enters foreclosure it is a matter of public record. I found some online Christian radio programing on the below link. Feel free to check it out and if you can point me in the direction of something you like, by all means let me know.  A link to some good programing would be welcome in this post.http://www.wsradio.com/internet-talk-radio/network.cf...

Any agents or brokers out there with FSA or farm loan experience for people wanting to purchase ag property on which they would reside?  It seems the small american farmer is becoming more scarce these days and I wonder if there are still folks out there who specialize in helping people in this r...

Several articles have read over the web have lead me to expect that there may be a meltdown this shopping season.  Expect stores to offer buku incentives to come out early this season.  There's a great deal riding on the consumer's loose purse strings.  Expect heavy media coverage just prior to T...

Credit freeze, for those who don't know, is a way to block your credit reports to make it a lot tougher for an identity thief to get a loan or open a credit account in your name. That's because while a freeze is in place, no one, not even you, can open an account in your name. Lenders, insurers a...
