While lot sales soared in the month of June, it is mainly due to DR Horton buying failed subdivisions that are just hitting the market as distressed properties.  DR just closed on 68 lots in Cypress Breeze Planatation.  Talk about a great place to build.  They will be soon selling homes in there ...
