Retiring..retirement..retired..all very "tired" words as far as I'm concerned. I work with many "retired" cleints. I'm at the age where I qualify for 55+ "retirement" communities myself! My Buyers are not looking at Retirement homes, they are looking at Homes for the next phase of their lives.
