In my opinon Feburary is a good barometer of the selling market. We usally see an up tick of homes being placed for sale. Buyers are also coming out to look at the inventory and as always, let the buying and selling begin!!!!    

I have a two (2) bedroom one (1) bath apartment unit for rent. I have also a three (3) bedroom one (1) bath unit available. Rent for the 2 bedroom is $400.00 and the 3 bedroom is $550.00 per month. nine month leases available.
