After a two day snow and freezing rain binge, we are having sunny skies and the snow is finally starting to melt. Thought I would share some pictures with you. We can hope that it will all melt soon. It is supposed to be in the 40's the rest of the week. It has felt amazingly warm all day as I sh...

I have been reading about this spray on siding a lot lately and just saw another article here about it. Has anyone tried it, or known anyone who tried it? I would like to hear from someone who has had personal experience about it in case a client asks me about it.  Thanks!

I just learned about a new loan program that is worth talking about. It is worth talking about a lot to everyone. It is the Home Path Mortgage program. Apparently it was started last summer Fannie Mae as a way to get those foreclosures off their books faster. I have to say, with these incentives ...

As a potential buyer, you may not know all of the ways that your FICO Score effects everything you do. In a home purchase the very first place you will see the effects is whether you even qualify for a loan. Most banks and loan programs have a minimum score that they will allow in order to qualif...

Not for a home, but for your next filing cabinet. I bought a new 4 drawer filing cabinet a few years ago. It was just what I needed, and I placed it where I thought it would be for a long time. Recently I decided to move it and I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to get the drawers out. ...
