I'm a bit of a stats freak so I have to tame myself from writing about them too often. That said it's been since the end of April since I last wrote anything of our local stats. For this post I'll concentrate on Weber County. The inventory is so much better today than it was 4 1/2 months ago.

The market is finally back, and with it sellers are gaining confidence. One thing that comes along with that confidence are inflated prices. Yes demand has brought prices up - sometimes not as high as a seller thinks it has, but up nonetheless. How are you feeling about the prices? Like them?
