Okay, I'm hoping to appeal to all Home Stagers out there that have the same problem that I do...I have my Staging business, Center Stage Home Staging, here in Columbus and I absolutely love it. However, it isn't yet putting formula in my 3 month old's screaming little mouth so I was forced to get...

I am putting together a quote for a vacant that needs about 3 rooms worth of wallpaper removed and I have never removed wallpaper. I have primed and painted over it when it's put on well and no seams are showing or lifting, but this is not the case. Can someone please tell me the best and fastest...

Hey Stagers, I need advice on painting!! It actually doesn't have anything to do with Staging right now, but I'm sure it will in the future!!I am in the process of putting together the nursery for our soon-to-be-new-baby and I have an old dresser that I would like to prime and paint white (well, ...

Living in Columbus Ohio, I am constantly coming across Buckeye themed basements, bedrooms, offices, even living rooms and kitchens. And when I say Buckeye themed, I mean that you could walk in to some of these rooms and mistake them for campus souvenir shops...top to bottom Buckeye "stuff", from ...

I currently have a listing in which I have put "Motivated Seller" in the MLS and the spec sheets, and we were lucky enough to get an offer within the 1st 3 weeks of the listing. Unfortunately, the offer is for about $20,000 under the asking price without merit (the price it is listed at is alread...
