Real Estate has changes alot since the latter part of the 1990's. The internet has come to be a friend, a business partner and a way of life. I remember when you could take a $55.00 ad out in the paper and that was it, now we need multiple websites, magazines and most of consumers to capture. The best way to stay in the consumers eye and mind is a multi media, something we didn't have in the late 1990's. What a change!
