The Columbia MD housing market is still quite interesting. For the last month stats are available (July 2008) total sales were off between 20-40% of the previous year (zips 21044,21045,21046) but the average sales price has actually INCREASED 6-7%! -as has the median sales price! Avg Sale Price ...
