In June the total value of homes sold by Realtors in Clarksburg was $6,665,275, which is a 33.07 percent increase over the $5,008,800 sold in June of last year. The total number of homes sold (17) was more than double the 8 sold in June 2007. That's the good news. But... Homes at the lower end...
