I recently convinced my broker to buy in MT! He was going to buy in Dillon but decided on a place around Craig. He got a chunk of ground sitting on the Missouri. He sure loves it. He is building a cabin just off the river and renting out the boat garage to help pay for it. That's a great setup!

I grew up in Montana but since have lived in Utah, Mexico City, and Las Vegas, NV. Montana certainly has a small town feel to it. Even the bigger cities have a small town feel. People seem to care more about you and your business and they tend to look out for their own.
