If you are looking to buy a home look at a 15 year loan VS a 30 year loan.... You will be shocked.Shop at least 3 mortgage companies.Remember it is your money and you will be paying the next 15 or 30 years.Ten dollars a month for 30 years is alot of money.... at least it is to me.
