Looks like waterfront homes have gone way down. Handyman specials are cropping up here in Mystic Island for way under $250k. Investors need to come back and do some shopping quick!

Business seems to be picking up. Mortgage rates are holding and prices are equalizing here on the shore. Plenty of waterfront homes under $300k. This is the lowest priced area on the Jersey Shore and only 30 minutes to Atlantic City.
