I was really impressed by the large response I got from my 1st blog regarding the lack of 1st Time Buyers in my Market area in Chicagoland. It looks like it's time to move to Kentucky where all the 1st Time Buyers are. Anybody know a good Realtor, ha! Ha!Gene
