Just attended the auction for 2 houses on Edisto: 607 Jungle which went for $385,000 and 314 Jungle went for $345,000. The houses had been on the market for over 6 months around the $394,000 range. Amazing. It will give us great comps. Hopefully this is a sign the market is improving.
