Mr. Gettysburg's Homes and Real Estate Information

By
Real Estate Agent - Keller Williams Keystone Realty - RS294813
The Gettysburg Homes and real estate information blog is my way of giving back to Gettysburg's people and my personal sphere of influence. The objective is to provide real time real estate infomation and it's potential effect on Gettysburg, PA. The current real estate market is far from what one would call "normal." Changes are constant, which requires professional realtors to be knowledgable and capable of shifting with the market. The governments attempts to stimulate the market has also caused a steep learning curve for most buyers and sellers in the market. An understanding of the policies and procedures is just one way I can help you to the successful sale or purchase of a Gettysburg, Pa property. I work both as a Gettysburg buyer agent, and a Gettysburg Listing agent. I also enjoy the challenge of finding quality investment properties and helping buyers to ensure a desired profit margin. If I can help you in any way feel free to call or send me an email. Quick response time and great communication are always my goal.

I've written a few other blogs about the tax reassessment in Adams County, PA.  Notable towns in Adams county are Gettysburg, Fairfield, Biglerville, Littlestown, and a few other small towns.  The plan behind the tax reassessment is to keep the tax base the same while more equally distributing th...

Joyce did a great job with this blog.  While I have very good relationships with many of the local sales representatives and work closely with them in some circumstances they do not represent the buyer.  They are employed by the builder as sales representatives, and recieve commission on sales. ...

I want to preface this blog with the fact that my available rentals are in Chambersburg and not Gettysburg, but since my primary market is Gettysburg I've titled the blog accordingly.  This blog was motivated by some current events involving my personal rental properties that I found distastful a...

There aren't many people in the US right now that aren't wondering what the real estate market is going to look like after the tax credit.  Buyers are wondering if they'll extend it yet again, but from what I understand it's highly unlikely.  Realtors are wondering if the spike in activity we jus...

It could just be spring or it could be the looming tax credit deadline, but it's getting very busy.  Our office has seen 8 contracts come in this week already and has done 21 listings this month alone.  I'm guessing that a lot of this has to do with the tax deadline quickly approaching.  I've bee...

I've been working on setting up a wordpress site for my personal real estate page.  I purchased a domain and hosting space from bluehost.com and downloaded wordpress into my host.  This process is simple.  I started hunting around for themes, picked one out, set it up and then.....problems.  I wa...
