Another home is off the market at Lexington Villas and will be closed before Christmas.  The Abbey at 1802 went under contract yesterday.   Exciting news as this is the 5th contract in the last 3 months at Lexington Villas. Here's to great things to come....

Several residnets and future residents gathered to play the new Wii at the clubhouse today and it was a lot of fun.  They made characters of each other and had some spirited competition and snacks.    We think the Wii will play a big part in the next pot luck, next Saturday -- November 7th, 2009.
